Metal/wooden bench has rusted impalement hazards and loose board. Interior crack at top of slide on the large boat play structure. Garden hose loose on sidewalk leading to and from playground.

In the Eighteen months classroom, I observed an eighteen month old child sitting in a high chair to prevent disruption during story time.
On the two's playground, the use zone for the rotating bikes was not adequate.
