Observed a caregiver present in the operation supervising a group of children without having had a background check run by the operation.

Observed one caregvier supervising 8 infants between the ages of 2 months to 17 months. Caregiver was over by 4 children at the time of inspection.

Reviewed staff records: one staff does not have the 24 hours of training, hired on 7/23/2023

This deficiency is not related to investigation: Facility removed a wall and added space to infant room and Child Care Regulations was not notified.

A center director has no annual training for cycle 3/19/22 to 3/18/23. Another director lacks 22 hours of annual training for cycle 4/12/22 to 4/11/23.

Children's Products annual certification is not current.

Observed four individuals present at the operation and background checks have not been submitted.

A caregiver lacks 11.50 hours of annual training from cycle 11/11/21 to 11/10/22. A second caregiver has no annual training hours from cycle 2/3/2022 to 2/2/23. A third caregiver has no annual training hours for cycle 4/26/22 to 4/25/23.

Observed 15 children ages ranging from 18 months to 3 years old napping in a classroom without being supervised.

Employee's attendance records is not being maintained.

There has been no updated information regarding liability insurance.
