The weekly lunch menu was not updated to this weeks menu. The menu posted was from the week of 10/2/23 - 10/6/23. NOTE: this was corrected at inspection when caregiver printed the new menu and posted it.
A review of the staff files found that one file was missing 18 hours and one that was missing 20 hours of certificates for the most recent training year.
Playground fence door was observed broken.
