This was corrected at inspection when the operation conducted a walk through of the playground and filled out a playground maintenance checklist for March 2024 bringing the operation into compliance.
Admission information, to include, authorization to obtain emergency medical care and to transport the child for emergency medical treatment was not available for review for children in care at the operation during the inspection. Furthermore, the caregivers at the operation were unaware how to locate this information in the event of an emergency.

During the inspection, it was found that children play on the dome climber on the playground.
During the inspection, it was found that it takes over three minutes for everyone to exit the operation during fire drills.
