For the individual they wish to appoint as site director, operation has not submitted the necessary papers. Requirements for education were not submitted.

Inspector was informed that "Site Director position is vacant." according to the to-do list. Emails referencing the open post were sent to the director by the inspector. There is no response.

During the inspection, it was determined that the site director on record with Child Care Regulation is no longer employed.

I observed the children come inside from the playground without washing their hands.

On two separate occasions during the inspection, I observed children being left alone in the gym while the caregiver left to answer the door. I also observed children entering the gym from the playground ahead of the caregiver. The second caregiver was not in the gym. She was answering the door.

I observed that the first aid kit did not include tweezers.

I evaluated 4 children's records. I observed the following: 1. One child was missing the phone number and address for the physician. 2. Two children were missing the address for the emergency contact person.
