It was found that the operation did not give all families the list of Parents Rights, in autumn 2023 as required. This issue has now been resolved by the operation adding the list to their admission materials.

The staff training certificates were not available for review at the time of the inspection.

Out of the ten children's files reviewed, one child did not have all the required immunizations up to date.

Children aged 4 1/2 to 5 years, who were in care for approximately seven consecutive hours, did not have a designated quiet or naptime.

Two children's medications were not in the original container and did not contain the prescription label.

The garbage can in a classroom did not have a lid and there was garbage accessible to children.

The operation did not have a signed CPSC form porsted.

The operation does not have a current sanitation inspection.

A student teacher observer was present with the children without an eligible background check. The student teacher was sent home during the inspection.

The playground outside the Cypress cottage did not have the required 6 inches of loose fill.

Two members of the governing body are not listed as controlling persons.
