During the investigation First Aid was not administered immediately when a child experience a seizure.
The director was aware of the child’s history of seizures but did not have a plan in place should the child have a seizure. During the investigation the director did not ensure that staff followed their procedures for contacting the front office for assistance if a child has a medical emergency.
During the walkthrough inspection the fire extinguishers were not documented monthly including the date inspection was completed.
The shelter drills for severe weather is not being documented.
