During naptime most children in the preschool room were observed napping on mix mats that did not match their names.
During review of transportation binders, one child being transported did not have the emergency medical information for review. This was corrected when the director made a copy of the emergency medical information and added the form to the binder.
A CPSC posting was not observed during review of main board at entrance of center. This was corrected when the director provided me with a new copy of the CPSC FORM 2885 and posted it.
