Based on evidence received through interviews conducted during the investigation, it was determined that a caregiver used prohibited forms of discipline by grabbing children by their arms, hands, and shirts.

During the walkthrough I observed a waterhose lying on the ground of the playground This was corrected when the caregiver in charge removed the waterhose.

The 2 caregivers were not aware of the number of children in their care.

3 out of 10 infants did not have updated feeding instructions.

A cord was hanging from a speaker at the top of a shelf. Note: This was corrected during the inspection.

Based on information obtained through the investigation inspection there is no section for parent participation located in the operational policies.
