Bottle of sanitizing solution was observed above diaper changing table inside girls restroom at children's level. Note: This was corrected during inspection as bottle was removed and placed in a safe place not accessible to children.

One out of four records reviewed was missing trainings on the following topics: - Preventing and controlling the spread of communicable diseases - Administering medication - Preventing and responding to emergencies due to food or an allergic reaction; - Understanding building and physical premises safety - Handling, storing, and disposing of hazardous materials
