I was informed by the caregiver in charge of the operation during my inspection that the operation's site director Vanessa Montanez is no longer employed at the operation. CCR has not been notified by the operation of this change as of August 19, 2025.
Four children files was missing the complete address of the emergency contact.
One caregiver file was not available for review during inspection.
I observed the children not wash their hands before having their snack.
