Based on the information gathered during this investigation, it has been concluded that due to child's behavior sweet treats were not given as a form of punishment. Child did receive all meals and snacks.
Fire drills were observed missing the months of September and October.
As per the DFPS Investigation it was found that the lighting during naptime was too dark making it hard to walk around the classroom.
