In two classrooms, the teachers made mistakes on how old their youngest and oldest were.

Of the 5 employee files, none had the required 24 hours of training hours for their past training year. The director had all training needed.

Due to the food program requirements, there needs to be many changes to the snack calendar to replace grain based desserts and desserts to food with less added sugar more whole grains. Foods needing tobe replaced would be: apple, cinnimon straws, taco puffs, veggie straws, pirates booty, vanilla wafers, nutrigrain bars.

Of the 6 children's files, 2 did not have updated immunization records.

The operation did not have a recent playground maintenance checklist.

The operation did not have an updated snack menu that follows the requirements of the USDA food program.

Some of the operation's personnel and training records were not available to review at the inspection today

A caregiver was observed caring for children without an active, eligible background check.
