In reviewing sign in and out logs it was determined that a caregiver that was singed in does not have a current background check, it was confirmed form the director that the employee has been present since 2023.

Sign in and out logs were requested for each classroom for an entire week. The director could not provide them at the time of the inspection, for two classrooms on April 6th and two classrooms on April 10th. As of May 7th, they have not been provided.
The director is not ensuring minimum standard requirements are being met by the management staff and caregivers. As a result, as child with pink eye was allowed to remain at the daycare all day and then allowed to return, not symptom free, prior to the date given on the doctor's note.
A child showed symptoms of having pink eye and the operation did not separate the child from the rest of the class and did not inform the parent until 5pm. As a result, there were more children diagnosed with pink eye from that classroom.
The operation received a doctor's note that stated a child could not be in care for three days. Sign in and out logs showed the child was back in care after being absent for one day.
There was no documentation of which employee administered medication to a child in care.

2 children with diagnosed food allergies are missing signed allergy emergency plans. One child is no longer in care as they were enrolled for the summer program. The other child has a plan, but it is not signed by either the parent or the physician.
