Two children were in the bathroom in the same stall together and pulled their pants down.
Staff was using was using over the counter pesticides outdoors. Pesticides were removed from premises during inspection.
Staff used poor judgement while potty training a preschool age child.
Two out of two directors did not have annual training in the required topics of Administering Medications, Preventing and Responding to Emergencies due to Food Allergies, and Building and Premises Safety.
A caregiver was allowed to have direct access to the children prior to receiving the results of the FBI background check. Note- This was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver was sent home until the results of the background check are received.
One child with a diagnosed food allergy did not have a physician's signature on the Food Allergy Action Plan.
Five out of five caregivers who have been employed for more than a year did not have annual training in the required topics of Administering Medications, Preventing and Responding to Emergencies due to Food Allergies, and Building and Premises Safety.
A television in a classroom with three and four year old children was not anchored or mounted. Note- This was corrected during the inspection when the television was removed from the classroom.
