There are stickers in the grass between the building and the outdoor fenced area. There are also stickers in the fenced in play yards around the barriers that contain the loose fill and by the play equipment.
The walls in the hallways and in classrooms had fingerprints and dirty spots. There were rugs that had stains. The wall air conditioner vents were dirty.
The operation will have the television on in the morning from 6:00-8:00am and again from approximately 4:30-5:30. This is a total of approximately 3 hours which surpasses one hour per day.
Caregiver failed to provide the level of supervision necessary to ensure each child's safety, well-being, including physical proximity and auditory or visual awareness of each child’s on-going activity. Caregiver stepped out of the classroom briefly leaving children unattended.
There were 3 children records missing health statements from a physican.
The infant classroom had 11 infants aged 0-12 months with two caregivers. This was corrected during the inspection by moving the infant to a new classroom.
An infant in care found a staple on the floor and placed it in her mouth swallowing it.
The annual fire inspection expired in June 2021.
