Note: This was corrected at inspection when another caregiver went into the classroom making the room 7 children to 2 caregivers.
There was an infant that was swaddled and laying in a crib. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver removed the swaddle and placed the child back in the crib, laying the child on their back.
