During the walkthrough of the school age room I observed a container of lysol disinfectant wipes on a shelf and several bottles of cleaning products in a cabinet acessible to children.

During the walkthrough of the toddler play area I observed a metal sheet bracket with points lifted off the deck. This was corrected when the director removed the bracket.

During review of operational policies the operation was found to not have included promontion of Indoor and Outdoor physical activity.

During review of personnel the director was found to have not completed all 30 hours of annual training. Training hours obtained were 17, The director needs to complete 13 hours of training.
