The last fire drill documented is dated 02/2024 and smoke/ carbon monoxide detector tested is 01/2024. Note: this was corrected during inspection.

I observe in the playground piece of climbing structure that was missing its climbing parts. There was also a small picnic table with broken parts with sharp edges. Note: table was removed during inspection.

I did not observe current sanitation inspection completed for day care last one expired 11/2023.

The day care is still lacking a current fire marshal inspection and last one expired on 5/27/2023.

The operation has not had an updated fire inspection completed by the local fire marshal. The fire inspection needed to be updated May 27, 2023.

I did not observe feeding instructions available for review for one of the children in care.

The on-line CPR recertification training obtain did not include use of a CPR manikin.

I did not observe current annual fire inspection.
