Based on Information gathered during the course of this investigation, it was determined that a caregiver and the assistant director did not use good judgment when having a conversation discussing their frustration with a child in a present and loud enough voice to be heard through a closed door.

Based on information gathered during the course of the investigation, it was determined that the operation was knowledgeable about a diagnosis of a child in care that required accommodations documentation.

Based on information gathered during the course of the investigation, it was determined that a toddler was left outside when the Pre-Primary class transitioned back inside from the playground.

Ten children's files were observed and missing the updated required information for special care statements.

Staff files were missing the following; -Seven staff files were missing training hours for the last full year, -Four staff files were missing that the staff have signed off on receiving the operational policies.

It was determined that a child was left unsupervised.

During inspection 10 sfaff's annual training certificates were not available for review.

During inspection 4 staff lacked the required notorized employment affidavit.
