All Licensed childcare centers must annually report to CCR the number of employees who left employment the previous year by January 15. The deadline for entering the number of employees who left employment in 2023 is 1/15/2024. If you have not already you must log in to your childcare regulation account and report the number of employees that left your employment in 2023

One child did not have any special needs information on file for one out of four chidren files checked. This was corrected during inspection.

Transportation staff did not have the current transportation training. The last transportation training on file was completed 8/9/2021.

Fire drill was not completed for the month of December 2022. This was corrected during inspection when fire drill was conducted.

The first aid kit in the vehichle was reviewed. The first aid kit was missing a themometer, scissors, twezzers, cotton balls, first aid guide, antiseptic, and tape

Emergency medical authorization was not made available for 7 children being transported. NOTE: Corrected at inspection, emergency medical authorization was added to the vehicle.

Emergency contacts was not available on the vehicle log for the 7 chidlren being transported. NOTE: Corrected at inspection, emergency contacts were added to the vehicle during the inspection

The emergecy plan for a child with a diagnosed food allergy was reviewed and did not have a parent signature.
