At the time of follow up the operation had a separate sign in and out sheet, but the time children arrive adn depart was not documented.
At the tiime of the inspection an episode of Barney was being played on a television while children were eating breakfast. 2 children present were under the age of 2 years old.

Four children were observed in a bucket seat table. One of the 8 seats had safety straps. A child seated in the seat with a strap installed was not buckled securely.
2 staff members had worked through packets for this training topic, but the packet certificate was not completed by the director to give the credit.
At the time of the inspection there were multiple citations as a result of the lack of oversight from the director. Safety straps were not present for an unknown period of time in a piece of toddler equipment, sign in logs were not used, and records not maintained.
