The last documented fire inspection by the City of Allen for the facility was conducted on 11/8/2024. No additonal fire inspection has been conducted as of today.
This standard was tasked over for this investigation and found to be deficient. It was determined that a child was left unsupervised in the classroom restroom while their class left to another area of the school. The child was still in the preschool area and was escorted back to her group in a timely manner.
During the inspection, I observed a child's file to be missing the Emergency Food Allergy Plan. The director began working on obtaining the appropriate form from the parent.
