A van in use does not have a child alarm installed in it.

One out of four employees records was missing their photo ID. This was corrected during the inspection when the ID was placed in the personnel file.

The current health inspection expired on 05/32/23.

There is chipped paint in the toddler classroom The chipped paint is in the bathroom. In the pre-k classroom has chipped by door and 2 holes in the walls, and the based board in the after schoolers bathroom is missing. The chipped paint is within reach of children.

Based on the information gathered there is chipped paint within reach of children in the restroom they use.

Four out four employees are missing the following training: Abuse and Neglect, emergency preparedness, preventing and controlling communicable diseases , administering medication, preventing and responding to food allergies, understanding building and physical premises, handling, storing and disposing of hazardous materials.

Bleach water and hand sanitizer were within reach of children. It was on the changing table. This was corrected during the inspection when the items were removed.

A teacher's purse was within reach of children. This was corrected when the purse was removed and put in an area children cannot access.

Three infants have out of date feeding instructions.
