Based on information gathered, it was determined that a caregiver grabbed two children inappropriately one child by his arm and other child by his wrist. Note: Prior to inspection caregiver was moved to another classroom paired with another caregiver, and caregiver received additional training.
There was a trampoline observed in the Grand Room. Note: This was corrected at inspection when the trampoline was removed.
During the inspection, there were cleaning products stored in cabinets that were accessible to children. There were two classrooms with water stains found under sinks. Note: These were corrected at inspection when the cleaning products were moved and the cabinets were cleaned.
