This standard was reviewed in relation to the allegations and found to be deficient. There is evidence stating a caregiver pulled a child’s arm as a form of discipline.

While doing a walk through, 1 caregiver was supervising a group of children at nap time without a background determination of "Eligible", "Provisionally Eligible With Conditions", or "Eligible With Conditions". This was corrected when the operation sent the caregiver home.

While doing a walk through, one class was over ratio by have 10 children with one caregiver for a group of 18-24 months. This was corrected when the operation moved a child to another group.

This standard was reviewed during a DFPS investigation and found deficient. The operation did not notify CCR when they had to close due to a lack of running water and gas leak.

During a walk through of the playground, there was a water hose on the ground and one on the sidewalk while children were on the playground at the time. The operation corrected this at inspection when they rolled up the hoses and put them away.

During a walk through of the building, it was observed by licensing a caregiver supervising a group of 7 children without an active background. This was corrected when the caregiver left the operation.

During a walk through of the building, it was observed an infant sleeping in a restive device for roughly 5 minutes. This was soon corrected.
