Six children were found to be present in the infant room with one caregiver. One of the children was 22 months of age and was moved to the toddler room during inspection to bring the classroom into compliance with child/caregiver ratios.

Form 2885: Children's Products Certification with a date of 01/31/24 was found posted at the operation.

A plastic bag and other small pieces of paper and plastic trash were found on the playground during inspection.

The operation's emergency preparedness plan does not state how children under 24 months or with limited mobility will be evacuated.

In the Toddler classroom, I observed sanitizer on a shelf that was accessible to children. Note: Corrected when the sanitizer was moved out of the children's reach.

I observed a school age child having screen time on their phone during naptime. Note: Corrected when the phone was put away.

In the infant classroom, I observed an infant's bottle and baby food sitting on the hand washing sink. Note: Corrected when the bottle was removed.

There is no documentation showing a monthly playground maintenance checklist was completed.

Three children did not have written infant feeding instructions on file for review.
