During the walkthrough I observed a water hose on the playground accessbile to children in care. This was corrected when the director removed the water hose.
During the inspection the operation was found to have been utilizing added outdoor space without notifying licensing.
The director does not meet the qualifications. A variance has been submitted.

The use zone of the slides is less than 6 feet. It is obstructed by the barriers used around the play area of the slide.
