Owner was present at the operation and failed to comply with the minimum standards by knowingly allowing a person without a completed background check to be alone with a child.

Upon arrival to the nap room there was not adequate lighting to all children.

During the inspection there was a total of 19 children in the building and there was not additional employee in the building.

Outdoor fence has barbed wire which pose a risk to a child they were to climb the fence.
