Three caregivers were missing building and physical premise and hazaradous material training. Two caregivers were missing illness, immunizations, and food allergy training, One caregiver was missing emergency preparedness training.

A fire inspection has not been conducted since June 2022.

Two caregivers did not have the full 24 hours of annual training hours.

A bottle of expired benadryl was on the premises.

A caregiver, with direct access to children, was present without a background check eligibility. The caregiver was sent home during the inspection.

During the monitoring inspection it was found that the director had only obtained 4/30 of the required annual training hours.

During the monitoring inspection 2/6 children files reviewed did not have a health statement available for review.

An incident report was not signed by the parent within the required 48-hour timeframe.
