Out of three staff files reviewed, two caregivers had only 18 out of the required 24 hours of pre-service.

One classroom had a fourteen-month-old infant combined in a classroom where the oldest child was three years old. This was corrected during the inspection when the three-year-old was moved and the next oldest child was eleven months older than the youngest.

Out of three staff files reviewed, three were missing proof of education, one was missing a notarized employment affidavit, two were missing a copy of their photo ID, and three were missing a statement that they attended orientation with an overview of the center's policy on abuse and neglect.
