There are also several places on the same large playground that are bare of loose-fill. Add loose-fill to attain a depth of six inches uniformly around the entire play structure surface.

Follow Up: I observed that the children did not have cups for their water during active play only a cooler with some water in it. This was corrected at inspection when the director brought some cups outside.

I observed a waterhose on the sidewalk in which children had access to. Photos were taken. This was corrected when the waterhose was removed.
