When conducting a walkthrough of the facility it was observed that the AC was off and it was 79 degrees inside the operation.
Upon my arrival to the operation There were 8 children in care ages 9 months, 17 months, 22 months, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 4 years, and 6 years. The operation is out of ratio due to there being 5 children between the ages of 18 months to 4 years old.
Children are not being fed or offered a meal or snack in the required time intervals.
Director's CPR certificate expired on 7/28/2024.
During inspection, Admisison record was not available for two children in care.
A caregiver has been regularly scheduled to provide over 10 hours of direct care within 24 hour period.
Two children were separated from the group, while the caregiver was in a different classroom.
