Roof outside the school age classrooms is in need of repair. There are sections of the roof that is detaching from the main structure and hanging. It has water damage. A/C unit in office closet is leaking water. There is green and black mold under the A/C unit. Two ceiling panels in the office, and one in the infant classroom were observed to have water stains. Three floor tiles in the infant classroom are broken.
Caregiver was obseved supervising five infants. The specified age group was 0-11. One caregiver can supervise four children with that specified age group. Note: Director stepped into the classroom, bringing child/caregiver into compliance.
Gas inspection was not available for review. Operation has natural gas.
