Two children's diapers were changed and their caregiver did not wash their hands after.

A caregiver was missing 7 hours of annual training for past year. This was corrected at inspection as caregiver already has 14 hours of training for current year.

There were a couple of sealed plastic bags with diapers in them on the pavement outside which were accessible to children. This was corrected at inspection when the bags were thrown away in a sealed garbage container. A photo was taken.

There was a medium sized pail filled with water which was accessible to children outside. This was corrected at inspection when the water in the pail was dumped out and removed. A photo was taken.

Water was not served to children in the pre-k classroom during lunch.

Children's napping mats in the pre-k classroom were labeled by number but there was not an number/child assignment map available for review.

There was not adequate space between mats in the pre-k classroom without having to walk on or over mats of other children. A photo were taken.

The emergency preparedness plan did not include all of the required information.

A child did not have a health statement on file for review.

School-age children were observed watching a cartoon movie that was non-educational.

The operation did not have a current fire inspection on file.

16 employees present at the day care did not have cleared background checks under new operation.
