During the course of the investigation, it was verified that parents of a child who displayed symptoms of a seizure were not immediately notified of the event, but were notified hours later at their regular pick up time, resulting in a delay in the child receiving medical evaluation and treatment.
A caregiver is not interacting with the children in a positive manner by leading the children by the arm or wrist.
A pre-k classroom was briefly left unsupervised for a minute when a caregiver stepped out of the classroom.
