Operation does not have a plan to handle transportation emergencies available for reivew. This was corrected at inspection when owner completed a plan to handle transportation emergencies.

The operation did not have form 4885 consumer product safety certification form available for review showing the web site has been reviewed. This was corrected at inspection when inspector sent director form 4885 by email and showed director how to access the CPSC website and check for products used in the day care. Director completed form 2885 and posted it.

The operation did not have the notice to parents posted. This was corrected at inspection when the Directorer printed and posted the current poster.

One child's record did not contain emergency contact information.

The cribs in the infant room did not have adequate space in between them for caretaker to walk in between them.

A fire extinguisher for one of the trasnportation vehicles will need to be serviced as the pressure needle indicates it is discharged.

The operation will need to add a clause that addresses how parents will be able to review the most recent inspection report from Licensing as well as having access to the Minimum Standards Handbook.
