The site director's pediatric first aid with rescue breathing and choking expired on 8/7/2025.

A child was outside of the classroom alone with no supervison in an area he could not be seen.

The classroom was out of ratio. There were 27 children to 1 caregiver, wiith the majority of the children being 4 years old. Corrected: 13 children were picked up by their parents, before the inspection ended.

It was observed that the children are being released in an area where the caregiver cannot visually see the child being received by their parent.

There has been an unauthorized person unknown to staff who attempted to pickup a child in care.

CCR observed a child running out of the gym without the caregiver. CCR observed a child in the hallway with no supervision.

An unauthorized person came to pick up a child in care without being a person a child can be released to.

There has been an unauthorized person unknown to staff who attempted to pickup a child in care.

3 student files did not have a "special needs" section completed.

The staff have not been trained on how to properly identify and release children.

The Program Director time sheet/ attendance was unavailable for review during inspection.

CCR did not recieve notice within 5 days that there was a change with Directors.

The operation failed to report a change with the Controlling Person.
