Kerr County YMCA - Tally Elementary

There were no caregivers present when the children were dismissed from school and arrived to the program. Eleven children were in the cafeteria for approximately 4 minutes before a caregiver arrived.

A child that was no longer enrolled in the program had their emergency medication on site.

Operation last validated their people list on 12/12/22.

A current copy of the operation's liablity insurance was not available to verify. The last policy expired 12/10/2022.

THIS IS A RECITE: Based on the menu posted, children are served two food components on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, the children are served only 1 food component.

Tables were used for playing with toys in centers when children arrived. Tables were not sanitized after toys were removed and children were served snack.

The posted menu for the week indicated children were having popcorn and juice for snack. Children were served nutragrain bars. The change was not noted on the posted menu.

First aid kit was missing adhesive tape, gauze, tweezers, gloves and an emergency guide.

Children were only served one food component, a nutragrain bar, for snack.

Children were provided afternoon snack and had to place their food directly on top of the table.
