During the inspection I observed an infant walking around on the playground with a sippy cup. This was corrected when the caregiver put the sippy cup away.
During the inspection I observed spray bottles with cleaning solution accessible to children in care. This was corrected when the director removed the cleaning products from the children's restroom.
During review of record keeping 1 out of 10 records evaluated did not include a food allergy plan for an identified diagnosed food allergy.

During the inspection 2 electrical outlets were found to be uncovered. This was corrected when the director placed covers on the outlets.
During the walkthrough of the infant room the exit was found to be blocked by cleaning supplies and equipment. This was corrected when the director had to items removed.
