A review of the Employees Who Left Employment in 2024, revealed the center had not reported the number of employees who left employment in 2024 by 11:59 p.m. on January 15, 2025, as required.
A 4 yr old child with special needs was observed to be sleeping in a baby bouncer with a blanket covering their face.
One caregiver was observed with 10 children between 12mo-4yrs old. The specified age group is 12-17mo. The caregiver was overratio by 5 NOTE: A second caregiver entered the classroom shortly after.
2 caregivers were not aware of the number of children in their care. When asked the caregivers stated there were there 10 children in care. 11 children were counted by CCR. The caregivers were asked again. The caregivers continued to state that 10 children were in care. 11 children were in care.
A caregiver was observed changing a diaper with gloves. The caregiver did not wash their hands following a diaper change. The caregiver then proceeded to change another child's diaper.
An open container of baby food was observed in a refrigerator in the infant room NOTE: Corrected at inspection. The food was thrown away.
2 containers of diaper rash cream was observed to be sitting on a trolley in a bathroom used by toddlers. Both creams were in reach and accessible to children.
The caregiver supervising children in the toddler's classroom during naptime had BGC pending.
Bolts on the playground boarders were observed to be protruding.
