At the inspection, the operational policy did not include all information for indoor/outdoor physical activity. This was corrected at the inspection by the director.
A follow up was conducted on this day. During walk thru a bottle of household cleaner was found in the Toddler Two's room during naptime with children waking up. A bottle of hand sanitizer was within children's reach on a desk in the Toddler Three's class. These were corrected at inspection when the caregiver removed them.
During inspection naptime was observed in all three classrooms. The Toddler 2's room had a television on while children were napping, and awake.
During inspection one classroom was observed with 2 air freshener bottles, 1 hand sanitizer and 1 bug spray bottle was within reach of children. A second classroom had 1 bottle of hand sanitizer within reach of children. This was corrected at inspection when the director removed the bottles,
During inspection four children records were reviewed. One record was not maintained and missing a signed healthcare statement and updated immunizations.
