During the inspection I observed several potty chairs in the 2 year old room and 2 bowls with water labeled clean water and potty water and rags inside the bowls.
During the inspection I observed the 2 year old room was sleeping but no caregiver was in the room. I observed the teacher walk out of the infant room during my inspection leaving the children unattended.
While conducting an inspection I counted 27 children in care. Per the license capacity, the operation is licensed for 24 and is over capacity.
During the inspection I observed 16 children ages 3 to 4 years old while napping with 1 caregiver. Per minimum statndards the room was out of ratio.
The play area did not have adeqate loose fill around the play structure.
