During inspection one child was observed on an i-pad and another was observed on a phone. No planned activity taking place incorporated screen time and no adult guidance was observed. *This was corrected at inspection when addressed and electronics were stored away*
Ceiling tiles throughout the facility were observed with water stains, collapsing or missing. Paint in the toddler/Pre-k room was observed pealing off the wall.
The inner lining of the transportation vehicle was observed detaching from the vehicle. 1 seat belt was observed unable to be fastened. 1 seat belt was observed not secure and bolted to the vehicle.
