The operation's menu shows that they have juice for snack each day but the operation has been providing water or milk and have not changed the menu to show the changes made. This was corrected when a new menu was sent showing that they serve water for snack.
It is important to report situations that place children at risk such as leaving a child unnatended. I spoke with the operation staff about reporting these types of incidents that occur.
During an investigation it was found that a child was left alone in a classroom for about 5 minutes.
