Two employees are not current with training for children under 24 months: Recognizing and preventing shaken baby syndrome and abusive head trauma; Understanding and using safe sleep practices and preventing sudden infant death syndrome(SIDS); and Understanding early childhood brain development.
An 11 month old was seen in the play yard with a blanket. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when blanket was removed from the play yard.
