The ceiling and the seats of the van has rips and tears. The battery is dead and the vehicle would not start. Started it up at 10:45am and at 11:00am the vehicle still did not start.
During inspection the ceiling tiles are loose and the cover over the lights are missing in 3 classrooms. Corrected at inspection maintance is here working on building repairs.
