It was found during the invesitigation that infant daily sheets were only being completed for infants 0-12 months of age. Caregivers corrected this during inspection to include infants 0-17 months on the daily sheets.
An infant was observed asleep in a restricted device (car seat). The caregiver removed the infant from the carseat during the inspection.
A review of the Employees Who Left Employment in 2021 data from February 23, 2022, revealed that the center had not reported the number of employees who left employment in 2021 by February 22, 2022, as required.
It was observed that the youngest infant was present in a classroom with children over 18 months older than the infant.
