In the infant classroom, room 1, 6 children were observed to be seated in a table with bucket styled seats and were not strapped in.

Parents were not immediately notified that their child was found outside the building and were informed approximately 56 minutes after he exited the building.
A two-year-old child was unsupervised when he exited both the classroom and the operation's front door leading outside the building.
One caregiver was observed to be in ratio caring for infant children, with a pending background check status.
