During this inspection, I observed the staff caring for children in a new space that is unlicensed. This area has been used since the beginning of the school year, according to the school staff. This was corrected once the new area was inspected and photos were taken.
One caregivers completed 9.5 hours from 8/2023-8/2024 and was missing 5.5. hours of training.
One caregiver did not have the annual training that focus on prevention, recognition, and reporting of child maltreatment. One hour is required yearly.
Two children did not have the information of names and telephone numbers of persons other than a parent to whom the child may be released on file.
One child was missing the information of name, address, and telephone number of another responsible individual (friend or relative) who should be contacted in an emergency when the parent cannot be reached.
